Hand-poured with 100% soy wax and vegan oils in a reusable, hand-thrown ceramic vessel for a clean, lasting burn.

Candle Care

For a slow, even burn and the most beautiful scent experience:

  • Trim the wick to 0.5 cm (¼ inch) before each light.
  • Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface — like the lid that comes with your candle.
  • Allow the first burn to create a full melt pool to prevent tunneling.
  • Burn in a draft-free space, away from flammable materials.
  • Limit each burn to 4 hours at a time.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Never leave your candle unattended while burning.
  • Note: the vessel may become warm during use.

  • A set of long BYNIQUE matches is included with every candle — a small detail to complete the ritual.
  • Reusable, hand-thrown ceramic vessel.
  • Refill it for $700 MXN, or reuse it as a cup, jar, or decorative piece — made to live beautifully beyond the flame.
  • Approximate burn time: 40–50 hours.

Shipping Information

We currently ship within Mexico City (CDMX).
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping cost: $100 MXN.
Each candle is carefully wrapped in a cotton bag and securely packaged to arrive safely and beautifully.

For orders outside CDMX, please contact us directly — we’ll be happy to assist you with a custom shipping option.
Returns & Exchanges

Each BYNIQUE candle and ceramic vessel is handcrafted with care, making every piece unique in color, texture, and form — small variations are part of what makes them beautifully one of a kind.

If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Because our candles and ceramics are handmade and consumable, we’re unable to accept returns on used candles.

If you have any issues with your order, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
