We currently ship within Mexico City (CDMX).
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping cost: $100 MXN.
Each candle is carefully wrapped in a cotton bag and securely packaged to arrive safely and beautifully.

For orders outside CDMX, please contact us directly — we’ll be happy to assist you with a custom shipping option.

Returns & Exchanges

Each BYNIQUE candle and ceramic vessel is handcrafted with care, making every piece unique in color, texture, and form — small variations are part of what makes them beautifully one of a kind. 

If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Because our candles and ceramics are handmade and consumable, we’re unable to accept returns on used candles.
